The terms and conditions are available on our website, and we can send them to you by post upon request. On all our tournament trips, the tournament organiser is responsible for organising the matches, divisions and other services offered.
Insurance
All our travel services are subject to the general package tour terms and conditions as well as the special terms and conditions for group travel and tournament trips. Pelimatkat recommends that you take out personal travel insurance for the time outside matches and have your insurance card/papers with you when travelling. To avoid overlapping insurance, you should check the coverage of, for example, your home insurance before taking out travel insurance. It is also important to check that the insurance policy includes cancellation coverage.
Price commitment
The prices in our offer are based on the prices and currency rates valid on the date of the offer. If there are changes to these, we reserve the right to change the prices accordingly. Factors causing price changes include fuel prices, which affect the transport costs. The price we offer requires that the group size indicated be met.
Security deposit
The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has granted travel agent Oy Pelimatkat Finland the registration number 5295/05/MjMv, which entitles the company to organise and distribute travel services. We recommend that you view the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority’s website to learn more about the instructions regarding the security deposit and the rights relating to organising group travel. The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority only recommends the use of services by travel agents to which it has granted a registration number.
